This show is fucking hilarious. I experience more genuine, deep belly laughs watching this than I do any other sitcom (and I love and watch a bunch of sitcoms). This and The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt should win all the awards this year.

Cooper ruined it and was the only one who was unable to do the proper accent. Swift was not great but she was much better than Cooper.

Wiig was one of the best cast members ever. It's blasphemy to say that she was anything less, or that she's not a great writer. The Target Lady sketch may have run thin towards the end but it was awesome and hilarious at least the first five or six times it appeared.
