Fred is hilarious and extremely versatile. The fact that he is adept at so many different characters and impersonations means that some of them will fall flat, but overall he is a comic genius.

Jay Pharoah sucks.

She's good in the Japanese sketch and in the Miley Cyrus show. Other than that she hasn't had much of an opportunity to shine. I'm guessing last season most people couldn't have told you who Taran Killam was, but this season he has become somewhat of a breakout star. The same could happen for Bayer next year.
