Apropos of nothing, the guy who created The War At Home now does Disney Channel sitcoms. I noticed because his production company's title card is a lady yelling "Rob! Your name's on TV!"

True, but unlike Dole and McCain, who just returned to their jobs in the Senate, HRC took a new, more high-profile job. I think she did a good job as Secretary of State, but that's a job that puts you in the public eye way more than any Senate position. And then when she left that job, she stayed in the public eye,

The problem is that she's been squarely in the public eye for 25 years, and Americans aren't used to that. Think about the possible candidates for 2020, in both parties: how long have non-political junkies known who any of them were? How many years before 2004 did the average person know who John Kerry was? Barack

Wow, I can't believe that guy playing Alangulon is mid-30s.

She doesn't have a Zorn tattoo. She has a "Z" on one butt cheek, and an "RN" on the other. Get it? Get it?

Eh, it's not terrible. I'll give it a few weeks. Then again, I went to see Storks this weekend with my kid, and Lord Miller is on that, and it's not great, either…

They're still doing Agents of SHIELD (the comic-book shows get lots and lots of hits). They do not seem to be doing Transparent.

Is there a list somewhere of everything dropped by TV Club? So far, I've counted:
Goldbergs (and presumably the Middle)
Black-ish
Big Bang Theory (though they didn't review the Monday eps last year either)

Which is weird, because they have more than enough episodes to go for broadcast syndication, yet they've never done it. It's on weekdays on TBS, but that's it.

That was Everything. Once bought their album for a dime. It wasn't bad.

How was the 2nd part of that JonBenet special? I enjoyed the discussion of the first part yesterday, but not enough to actually watch it last night.

Ratings were way down last year, and the Inhumans movie got cancelled / postponed / whatever. And Captain America: Civil War made no mention of inhumans at all. So I'd imagine the Inhumans are a bit of a narrative deadend for the Marvel MCU.

Although Schur says above that Lindelof told him on Lost, they frequently didn't know where they were going. So they may have given answers, but there were points where they didn't know what those answers were, which was not the impression given to fandom, especially early on.

Is the younger hick kid wearing a diaper? If so, that bit is stolen from the Middle.

January 27, huh? That's not a good sign…

Mmm… the turtle soup from Commander's.

Fox.

See, I like Sudeikis' voice. It's that "back-slapping alpha male" he's used in other places, mostly SNL.

Meadows seems to be better than Hines (and the guy playing the kid) at actually looking at where Zorn's face is supposed to be when he's talking to him. The other two just sort of looked in the same general direction as Zorn.

Although I would think paying Cheryl Hines and Tim Meadows might offset the savings from making part of it live action.
