Sweet sassy molassey, that book is terrible.

Oh, I'd agree with that. Bordertown is what happens when you let some of the people from Family Guy come up with their own version of KOTH.

And so, last night we said goodbye to Bordertown. I'm only slightly ashamed to admit I saw every episode. It wasn't the worst thing I ever saw, but it was usually the worst thing on Fox Sundays. I think the creators accomplished what they set out to do; it's just that what they set out to do had very little chance of

It wasn't that bad an episode, but I'm assuming FG doesn't air in India, because I could see people taking offense to a lot of the jokes (starting in the opening credits when they're bathing in the Ganges with human remains floating by).

It's not great, and I still don't understand the very odd voice Perry is using for his character. It seems to be a deliberate choice on his part.

I saw this show for the first time yesterday, and it's not bad. I like the comic-strip feel to the intros and bumpers.

That show is still on in reruns, and my daughter (who was too young to see it in first-run) has gotten into it. I am dumbfounded that she's the one who became a superstar out of that group.

And turned up on Fresh off the Boat last week.

Didn't she cheat on him?

I've always assumed Michael Cera is a deeply weird dude. This is not doing anything to dispel that assumption.

I guess you could redo the sketch, but Lorne wouldn't stand for cutting, say, a sketch with Michael Keaton for time and then re-airing it a few weeks later when the Rhonda Rousey episode is struggling. Hosts might get mad at that as well.

Seems odd that the graduation episode wouldn't be the season finale, but oh, well…

Oh man, that's Gilda's next-to-last movie (not that any of her movies are easy to find).

Isn't he the one excusing himself to get another drink?

It was never a great show, but it was also never a bad show. There's something to be said for six seasons of solid B-grade comedy. I know a lot of people here never tuned in because of the premise (expecting the show would be a bunch of "point at the fatty" humor). It'll hang around in reruns a lot longer than other

Presumably, it'll be the schedule spackle that replaces something that underperforms and gets cancelled. Taking the place of Mike and Molly in that regard, which in turn took the place of Rules of Engagement.

Watching reruns of 12-13, which was Sudeikis and Hader's last seasons (and Myers' last full season), there's a real sense that everyone's limping to the finish. In some ways, I think this cast has the same problem the early '90s group led by Farley, Sandler, and Spade had: the previous cast hung on too long, so people

Moynihan may turn into the next Kenan. I just saw him doing a Pizza Hut commercial this afternoon, which is usually a sign that his window is closing.
Sad, too; two summers ago, Killam and Moynihan shot a movie produced by Lorne that was supposed to do for them what Tommy Boy did for Farley and Spade. But it's never

Man, the new guy has really not done much of anything. Guess those rumors that the existing cast and writers didn't like him due to the Twitter stuff were true, because it doesn't look like anyone's offering him a helping hand.

Hit or miss, and more often than not, gets cut for time. They've got to have more "online-premiere" sketches than any other cast members.
