Electric Six and the Darkness! That takes me back. Both are still around to varying degrees. Electric Six put out an album every fall and still tour the same clubs they did in '04, which is admirable.

Clipped was a fine one-season show. I liked Wendt and Reginald VelJohnson as an old married couple. But I can't imagine anyone was clamoring for it to come back.

It sounds like Andy stole his speaking voice in this one from Chelsea Peretti in Brooklyn Nine Nine.

Anyone remember the Ren&Stimpy game for the NES? Fiendishly hard. I don't think I ever made it past level 3 (the one in the Old West).

It wasn't even really that jokey. It was basically "what if Jason Bourne was a stoner?" And then it ripped off Bourne Identity, right down to the action taking place in Liman, WV (after Doug Liman). And Topher Grace was actually pretty good. He played it as a petulant ex-Princeton fratboy.

They shot it back in May, and maybe couldn't get Cho when shooting resumed in January?

Given the ratings, and the fact that it's reached the syndication number (even though they didn't sell it into broadcast syndication), I'd say here's to 10 more (possibly less).

Yes, exactly. I said this last week, but seeing Deschanel back on the show cemented it for me: I don't care what happens to Jess at this point. I don't need any more Jess.

2 Broke Girls, strangely enough, is doing quite well in my market, as is Mike and Molly. Community and 30 Rock both crashed and burned in syndication and were quickly exiled to after-midnight slots. Like New Girl, I believe Parks and Rec never went into broadcast syndication.

We've got to be heading for a 1995-style housecleaning at this point, right? Killam, Moynihan, Bayer, Pharoah, and McKinnon have all been there long enough that they're closer to the end of their tenure than the beginning, Bennett and Mooney have never stepped up, and don't even get me started on Kenan.

Yo-yoing like that is a good way to die young. Better to just stay fat than go fat-skinny-fat-skinny-fat

I miss Siobhan Fallon.

Yeah, but that's similar to how Mike and Molly was on USA and How I met your mother was on FX after only a couple of years. Those deals usually still allow for broadcast syndication after a certain amount of time.

Although I think Ferguson decided he was leaving, and then they went out and found Corden. Not that they saw Corden and thought, "we gotta get rid of Ferguson and hire this guy!"

Good question. New Girl, for one, didn't even go into syndication this year.

If it ends in 2006, that was the period when not much was happening, before the Taliban came back. I had a friend who served in Afghanistan in 04-05, and said it was like Beetle Bailey some days; they rarely if ever saw any enemy. Then he went back for a second tour several years ago, and it was much worse.

I saw that picture, and the first thing I thought was "wow, that guy STILL has those dreads!" Although I wonder with the weird hair covering if he's starting to go bald…

There was a character a bit like that on SNL a year or two ago, but Cecily Strong played her.

I'm guessing Cho's publicist (or Fashion Police's publicist) offered a Cho interview to the AV Club, and it was this or 11 questions, and they already had somebody booked for 11 questions.

Will, isn't that Hayley Orrantia from the Goldbergs as one of the students?
