I think the C+ grade is particularly harsh…I found a lot of this episode very funny and think that the new depths of depravity they find for Frank is outstanding. Danny DeVito was very good this episode. Dee and Charlie had the most LOL lines I thought. Good to see that Frank still retains his genius in lunacy.
