I can buy the Craziness with the Swede and the Rev.  Swede just wants revenge on Bohannon, Durant and who-knows-what.  (Spoiler if you didn't linger for next week's promo)  He's feeding the Rev's mania for saving the Indians so the Rev will help him arm them.  Whether Swede is crazy or vindictive I can't tell.
