That album is fucking incredible. It was my intro to Pinback and I couldn't think of a finer way to begin my fanaticism. While the review is right in that there's nothing on here that will stand out as the band's best (although Proceed To Memory is pretty damn good), it's still a Pinback album through and through, and

I think dybbuks actually do possess people. I may not be Jewish or know anything about demons, but the internet tells me possession is a dybbuk specialty.

I'm glad they included her, but if it's just a "split-second cameo," I'm kind of sad that I know about it now. It would've been a fun surprise just to see it rather than expect it.

Aside from Cars and Cars 2, Pixar movies increasingly seem to be more for adults than children. The Cars franchise is clearly just a (successful) cash cow, whereas films like Up and Wall-E are emotionally deep, affecting movies worthy of their accolades.

AFFC struck me as more of a necessary evil than anything. I really liked the Brienne and Dorne bits, but the Cersei chapters became so repetitive and tiring as to be incredibly boring. Her psychosis could've been cut down by about 10 chapters and just seemed to go on and on. Martin is no stranger to repeating himself

Nice to see Kripke without that absurd speech impediment they saddle him with on Big Bang Theory.

I'm with you: she was awful. Not cute at all. I, for one, really hated the topless scene. Sooooo gross.
