I'm currently apartment hunting and the last place I looked at still had the tenant living there. She informed me that the neighbors are young as well as the building, in general. My response was that I wanted old neighbors because they make less noise. That was my "get off my lawn" moment this week.

I just have internet through TWC and they're starting to come around to the fact that a lot of people are not buying cable. So what do they do? Within 3 years, paying for internet only has gone from $45/month to $60/month. Assholes.

Pretty much what I was thinking. They'll somehow fuck this up by treating NetFlix as if it's HBO and charge you to be able to access it through their service on top of the cable bill + NetFlix subscription.
