Well I've got 2 months to find a place and know a couple of broker's through family members and friends, if need be.  References shouldn't be a problem and I've kept my paychecks and W-2s.  Am I missing anything?

Thanks.  The one good thing about moving back (Astoria, for the record) is that I know the area very well and know where it will be the most noisy.  The only question now is do I look for a studio.  I currently live in a one bedroom and have a little bit of furniture that wouldn't fit in a studio.

Best one I went to was Montreal.  Went to a Canadiens game and then "full contact" strip clubs.
