The Thanksgiving episode was a good one for Dave.  Any time he brought up his 1/16th Native American ways was good. And the sex dreams episode had him dressed as Freddy Krueger.

Even in video games.  Silent Hill 2 is one of, if not the, scariest games ever made and the creators have stated that Jacob's Ladder was a big influence.
