I'm in

I'm pretty sure TV executives are just transfixed by all Australian accents.

NBC is not renewing Community and Parks because they want to renew Community and Parks. They are renewing Community and Parks because they can't cancel everything. If literally anything else could go up against Big Bang Theory and 2.5 Men and get the same numbers they would have cancelled both shows.

But everything they've already written about the mother suggests she has the same pretentiousness as Ted.

Yeah, it was Jennifer Birmingham who played the mother in the first shots of the train station.

Holy shit, I just checked wikipedia and I was right. I was joking. Nobody watched Rake in Australia and it would have to air on Premium Cable in America. I really can't believe that they remade this. I guess the basic idea is interesting (legal drama except the lawyer's client is almost always guilty) but that doesn't

I'm 90% sure that's an exact replica of the 2 and a Half Men set, just shot at a different angle. Also, no way is 0:25 the worst part. At the end he actually states why his pathetic attempt at a joke is supposed to be funny. "It rhymes!"

Fucking @JudgeReinhold:disqus  gets a shout out? Where's my shout out?!

It's because of the Os. You can always tell them from the Os.

They do put up reality shows, Celebrity Apprentice is on Sundays right now.

I'm assuming it's a spin off of the Australian legal drama/comedy called Rake. I have no evidence and a large part of Rake's appeal was it's raunchiness but I'm standing by my call that Fox is just stupid enough to copy a show that Australians barely watched.

They announced that New Girl is getting the Super Bowl slot. It'd be pretty embarrassing if New Girl was already on Fridays by that point.

That would be so awesome if Hayden Moss came out to play Survivor. He's easily a top 5 Big Brother player after Will, Dan, Eric Stein and maybe Boogie. Also yet another guy who is friends with Rob.

I think it did for about half of the first season. Then they moved it and it tanked almost instantly.

Maybe, but all the shows that have crawled into syndication for NBC started back when NBC got sort of ok ratings. Community, Parks, Chuck and 30 Rock all started off with decent ratings that got them through the first couple of seasons until they were close enough to syndication that NBC couldn't afford to cancel

I wonder if there's a lot of Avril Lavigne/Demi Lovato cross over audience. In other words, the advertising on Vevo youtube videos is really distracting.

So it's worth going back to? I enjoyed it a fair bit (especially Jackie) but didn't really have the time to watch it. It felt like it was becoming self aware very early on.

Pretty sure that was Brie Larson.

I would consider myself a fan. I've watched every single episode and some of them multiple times. I hate Morgan and barely tolerate Spence. Gideon was the only one I ever really liked.

Pretty sure you don't get a 2nd shot at a spinoff if the first one fails as miserably as Suspect Behaviour.
