This is what I wrote last time this controversy came up
I just watched Normal Again and I really fail to see the problem. A, it doesn't matter which reality is "real," because Buffy made her choice. The other reality is gone forever, so there's no sense in worrying about it. So what if there's a little catatonic girl

Pete and Pete was a legitimately great show. I can't hear the song "Love Rollercoaster" without thinking of Artie, The Strongest Man In The World.

The Tick is in a class by itself. I love that crazy cartoon, and the comic, and the show with Puddy. Tick creator Ben Edlund is the reason I started watching Supernatural, which I am positive will be the subject of a review like this in fifteen years' time.

About St Elsewhere, I mean that's how they ended it. No ambiguity, no what-ifs, just Fuck You, all those doctors you like are a retarded kid's dream, The End.

Best gimmick ever

I didn't understand that either. It's chilling as hell but not really followed up on. Was Wes mishearing him? Was it an unfunny joke? Did Angel not realize what he was saying?

I don't understand the Riley hate.
At least in this episode. He has a cool life and an awesome wife, and he owes it all to getting the fuck out of Sunnydale.

Even if they're not, Dropkick Murphys sound like they'd be racists. Ease up on the Irish pride there, boys.

Batman
Batman is my favorite character in anything, ever, but if I lived in Gotham my name would be first on the petition calling for Commissioner Gordon's resignation.

Like for example The Cramps Gravest Hits. It's amateurish but it's got that something.

Punk Rock
Meg's drumming helped give the Stripes that amateur- DIY feeling that the early punk bands all had. The fact that their music was loud and simple combined with the eccentric vision made them hugely inspiring. I don't know if kids started bands after hearing the White Stripes, but you could imagine it

I missed out on Icky Thump when it came out (I mistakenly thought Get Behind Me Satan was a bad record so I lost interest in the band). I just listened to Icky Thump the other day and it really could be the best one. Rag and Bone is great, the whole album is really solid. in conclusion, I'm sorry I doubted you,

Thank You For Watching This
I've almost bought this bootleg at comic conventions on at least two occasions. Thanks for watching it so I don't have to.

Fuck these guys
Stefon was the only worthwhile bit.

I think Bell retired but Coast to Coast is still on. I caught it on XM one night.

Specific things to hate about the Glenn Beck Program
- The number of times he says "Do your own homework"
- The way the guy in the Goldline commercials pronounces gold as "Gode."
- G Gordon Liddy's commercials for Rosalind Capital
- The fucking chalkboards
-George Soros

I would hope that real libertarians would see through his schtick, but who knows

I've been watching this show since July
and I still don't have the foggiest idea what the fuck he's talking about 90 % of the time. He's not entertaining like Limbaugh or O'Reilly; it's more like a documentary of one man's breakdown in real time.

I liked the Garage Rock thing in theory, because The Hives and the White Stripes sounded a lot like bands I already liked. They lost me when we were expected to take The Vines seriously. I mean, seriously, is that Eddie Furlong- looking kid autistic, or what?
