Oddly enough, even though I've seen about half their movies, Big Lebowski's one of the only Coen movies that I really like, along with No Country. It's not that I think they're bad, I just don't get the love. But after reading this thread, I'm tempted to give the ones I've seen another go.

For knowing a Soundgarden song? No, that's ok.

Yeah I remember both those vampire episodes scared the shit out of me. I was home alone when I saw the one with the little vampire kid, and I remember hearing a creak in my house and went running like four blocks to my friend's house.

If Modell was trying to convince me not to see this, he should have picked some better (worse?) clips. 3 of those made me completely forget every negative word he said. Now I'm just thinking: "The apocalypse, creepy possessed people, and angel with machine guns? Fuck, I'm in."

sarCCastro: If I'm remembering the movie right, there's literally one shot after that which shows the pre-cogs in a house far away from civilization and says that the pre-crime unit got disbanded. Fade to black.

Agreed, Hancock had an entertaining first half, and then Charlize Theron shows up and we get a lame back story with a weak villain.

Also, Kratos killed Ares in GoW I to gain forgiveness for his family's killing; the gods gave it to him but said he'd still remember it and have

Count me in on the Third Eye Blind love. Their first album's probably my favorite, with "God of Wine", "Motorcycle Drive-By", and the rest. To be honest, I like almost every song off that CD.

I kind of tuned them out initially, since they were "the O.C. band" and all, but somebody recently turned me onto "Always on my Mind", and it's been on heavy rotation on my iTunes.

Seconded on both "Falling for You" and "Don't Let Go". Also, off the Blue album: "No One Else" and "The World Has Turned and Left Me Here". (I thought this was a single, but Wikipedia says otherwise)

I believe that whoever plays the Super Bowl halftime show doesn't make any money off of it. All travel costs are paid for but that's it.

Were X3/Wolverine really that bad? I mean, I know they weren't nearly as good as the first two, but I feel like they each had a few decent setpieces (Angel escaping from being given the cure, Team X). To me they seem more like average action movies where the studio overstuffed them with characters and ideas from the

As a Cleveland sports fan for life, any positive memories I have of sports are marred by larger failures. But I'm just waiting for the time when I get to experience a championship and celebrate it. I've got to imagine it'll at least be on par with the White Sox win.
