Ebook version is much better as the endnotes are basically links, plus no toting around a 3 lb book in your bag, plus no one judging you for reading a book they deem pretentious.

I figured it wouldn't hit the secondary market very much because people want company to see it on their shelf.

It's the ultimate ebook, for being able to click back and forth w/r/t the endnotes and the lack of heft.

As I said, it's been quite a step down from the first two seasons. Enjoyable but lesser, much, much lesser. Comparable in that way to TD S2 that way in fact.
