Considering how much of the show covers international topics, and the reaction of international audiences, yes. I'd say it is a bit offensive. More than John Oliver telling Jack Warner to release information.

Can I just say that there are some Caribbean people who are going to find anything a Brit says to be offensive, but they are in the extreme minority. Other Caribbean people, like myself, take great pride in knowing how to take a joke. And he spoke to Jack Warner who has been mocked constantly in Trinidad and elsewhere…

It absolutely is and it is patently ridiculous. I'm from another former British colony and I can tell you that Jack Warner is a joke in T&T and in the Anglophone Caribbean in general.

My understanding is that it is very quick but I haven't actually used Netflix for any CW shows before. Hulu doesn't even work in my country.
