I only saw "The Night Man Cometh" for the first time on Monday and yes Competent Charlie is Best Charlie.

Maybe because I only started watch IASIP this year and have been binging the earlier seasons on Netflix I found this episode a real treat and reward. Seeing Maureen in her nacency and then seeing her full on cat in the same week (for me) is wonderful (also bird law!!!)
