I'm pretty sure that Nightswimming is my favourite R.E.M. song of all time, even with all of the other incredible choices. It just resonated with me immediately from the first time I heard it in high school and still does today. It's gorgeous.

I read it over the long weekend and really liked it too. It flies by, but it's definitely engrossing with well-defined characters and even a few moments of true suspense.

When my friends and I were about 15 or 16 we all decided it was time to get a Playgirl (we had already pored over about 100 different Playboys that my best friend's dad kept in their basement) but everyone was too scared to be the one to try. I summoned up my courage in order to look cool and just walked into a Mac's

The book plays out in the same way, and I appreciated that about it. Also, it's only 7 episodes, so you won't be kept in the dark for too long. I will say that the slow reveal is story-driven and not simply a hacky premise in this case. At least in my opinion.

And yet, according to Trump, Madonna and CNN are dangerous and evil.

I watched it too, and totally agree. It's super meh. Kirsten Bell superfans only.

There used to be a great hole in the wall pizza and wing place in Buffalo that we'd go to when we went cross-border shopping (I'm in Toronto), but then it closed down. After that, there was literally nowhere good to eat and one time we panicked and went to Olive Garden and I think that's the last time we went to a

I am very emotionally invested in all of the parents. I can't explain it, but there it is.

Love Red Oaks. I'm honestly kind of shocked it got renewed because I literally don't know a single other person in real life who watches it, but it's so great. I'm glad it'll be sticking around.

Not only that, but wrote a takedown piece about her in Jane magazine, ripping her to shreds when she was clearly in the middle of terrible addiction. What a complete scumbag .

I am! I was going to take a bus to DC, but 10 hours on a bus twice in two days freaked me out, so I'm staying put and going to the sister march in Toronto.

Honey, she's doing it all!

It may not be the right mood for you, and that's fine. But for some of us, comedy is the only thing keeping us sane at the moment. You do you.

I mean, this is an interview with people who host a podcast and a tv show that focuses heavily on politics. It's hardly like he's shoehorned in here.

This is awkward, but it has to be said. The black guy was also a teacher.

I wonder if that header image makes Fallon want to slam his head into a wall every time he sees it now, or if he just giggles to himself, remembering the texture of the yellow fur beneath his hand, before moving on with his day.

I agree with a lot of what you said, but those frustrated at the assumptions being made about Trump before he takes office clearly haven't been paying attention to every single gd thing he's said and done leading up to him taking office.

Oh, I'm sorry…youthhhhhssss.

I love the show, but to anyone who isn't particularly invested in Tig, I would say the series is worth watching just for Rothman's performance alone. He's fantastic.

I totally agree - I hate frosted pop tarts. In Canada, it's seriously almost impossible to find unfrosted ones. I had frosted brown sugar one (I think that's what it was called?) and it was so sweet that my teeth felt almost metallic while I was eating it. It was weird.
