I don't think Dennis Miller was a conservative until 2001, after the World Trade Center was attacked.  The same thing happened with the late Ron Silver, and I've never quite figured out why.  My best guess is that they lived so close to the towers that they were traumatized by their destruction, and easily manipulated

I recently discovered that Jon Lovitz- the same Jon Lovitz that made The Critic one of the best animated sitcoms of the mid 1990s!- was a hardcore, borderline Randian conservative who very clearly expressed his disgust with the 2012 election results on his Twitter account.  Where the hell did THAT come from?

Diego: For what it's worth, the Batman Beyond comic explained that Blight returned to Neo-Gotham with temporary amnesia, only to be encased in molten lead by the Stalker and Terry McGinness.  The lead acted as a radiation shield, permanently neutralizing Blight and presumably killing him.  Stalker brought the body to

She probably didn't have time for it.  She was actually replaced in Sub-Zero by the late Mary Kay Bergman, for what that's worth.

Yeah, things fell off a cliff at the start of the third season.  It was still okay television, but not epic the way the first season and some of the second season was.  I think the writers' lust for killing off major villains was a big reason for this.

A horrifying vision of an alternate reality, ladies and gentlemen.  Only in the Twilight Zone.

Yeah, Bruce Timm's designs are a little odd.  Top half- Atlas bodybuilder! Bottom half- dainty ballerina!

I wasn't thrilled with the new design of Baby Doll, for what that's worth. Before, she looked like she belonged in a classic Warner Bros. cartoon, and the way it jarred with the design of the rest of the characters helped drive home the point that she was alone in the world; a piece that could never fit in the grand

That's my problem with Gotham Knights/New Batman Adventures.  Everything is just a little dumber, with the pathos and deep character development replaced with slam-bang action and outlandish, modernized superhero storylines.  Once they introduced Firefly dating Britney Spears and a farm filled with mutant chickens you
