I mean, Boo-alin.

Did she sell The Creeper his outfit, too?
As a general rule, episodes animated by TMS and Spectrum look the best, while Akom's look the worst. Dong Yang is squarely in the middle, while Blue Pencil's style is more cartoony than the average episode and may turn off some viewers because of it.
I've watched 'em all. I thought the new streamlined look worked for the Superman Animated Series, but it really bothered me when they redesigned all the Batman characters (often to their detriment). The new style did make the animation more consistent, but it lost a lot of its soul in the process.
Now that's what I call a classic!
The great thing about Batman (or the first three seasons, before they got all cheap with the animation) is that even though the episodes were made in the early 1990s, they feel like they're of a much older vintage, barely more recent than Fleisher's old Superman shorts. It makes them…
For what it's worth, The Riddler from The Batman had a distinct Saw flavor, coupled with a wardrobe straight out of Marilyn Manson's closet. Of course, even mentioning The Batman in the presence of DCAU fans is just beggin' for a beatin'. I'll just offer in my defense that the show got (marginally) better when it…
Such happy villains!
Okay, so what's the deal with the extended hiatus? I understand last Monday was the fourth but there could have been a write-up on *Tuesday*…
You can't buy the episodes from Amazon (generally available a day after they've aired) and take a screencap? Or is this another of Viacom's heavy-handed attempts at protecting its IP?
Speaking of lazy…
…how come you're showing a picture from the episode Neutopia?
"Kinda sorta?" Splicers was an *awesome* episode, and set up a pillar of the Batman Beyond mythos. Spliced characters would appear throughout the rest of the series, with dinosaur men being a major plot point in Day of the Kobra.
I didn't care for A Pharoah to Remember or the Cyber House Rules, as Bender was too much of a dick in both. However, that's personal taste. Most people cite That's Lobstertainment! as the worst of the old Futurama episodes, but I personally didn't mind it… it seemed perfectly, well, adequate, if not great.
Yeah, it's her. She really sharpened up her English in the interim, too!
Amusing coincidence
Kyodai Ken likes Fruit Ninja so much, he plays the game fifteen years before it was created!
You know, I actually was going to say that silver was his bane, but couldn't think of a clever way to put it. (apparently, neither could The Riddler! HA!)
All Hail Duke! Duke is Life!
I wonder if pigeons are attracted to the sound of the Joker's voice, too.
Was it Chill? Oh damn. For a minute there I thought Snoopy killed Batman's parents.
You forgot a quote!
"Come with us, Tygrus. There's nothing for you here."
"There's nothing for me… anywhere."
Batman Hates Anthros
Geez, Batman really has his hate on for those of the furry persuasion. Telling Tygrus that his father was a test tube, calling the felinized Catwoman "a monster," and then passing that open contempt onto his replacement Terry MacGiness ("Will you petting zoo rejects be needing a doctor… or a…
The answer, at least judging from a later episode of Batman: The Animated Series, was the tiger. The Tasmanian Tiger, which isn't really a tiger but just a marsupial masquerading as a carnivore. If their extinction is any indication they don't work very well in that role… far better for them to bounce around on…
