Yeah, definite top 5 for. Dungeons and Dragons is still number one for me but this is my favorite of this season, by a not small margin. Jim Rash had a Emmy nominating, or preferably winning, performance last night. He knocked every scene out of the park. And I honestly don't know if that nom should be for comedy or

They're streets behind.

This.

Telepathic sphincter?… Huh.

No, it's not OK, Tommyknockers. Everything you do is wrong. You should burn all of your copies so you don't harm future generations.

The Jaunt freaked me the hell out as well. Definitely my favorite King short story and his scariest by a margin.

IT was the first King book I read and I absolutely loved it. Still one my favorite novels. Then again, I was 15 and close to the kids' age so that gives me a suitable excuse. Though I still read King and don't have that excuse anymore.

I don't remember the first two qualities in your first two choices but I certainly haven't forgotten either retarded endings. And funnily enough, I quite liked Cell for its setup and characters but I can't remember the end at all. Something to do with a zombie get-together and the head zombie had a red Harvard

That's what frustrated me about Under The Dome. I liked the book but Big Jim had the best string of wins I've ever seen by the main villain. It irks me beyond belief when the good guys give nothing but their asses kicked, or raped as the case may be. I mean, C'mon, King, give your protagonists a break here or there.

Oy, I hated Needful Things. That and The Tommyknockers are the worst King books. Trurl, if you have read them, the worse is over.

It is one of the best supporting casts ever. Fact. The Best? No. One of? Yes. To say or hint otherwise would be the crazy.

I love 'Lie To Me' and, if I were to actually think on it for long, should be in my top 20, for all the reasons you say above. To me, it's kind of a precursor to Passion and those dark, morally challenging episodes that Whedon and Co. love to do but it's just not eventful enough or it doesn't go too far into the dark,

@jakenderek:disqus I've got those sites bookmarked as well. It sucks that McNutt has been distracted, he had interesting views on the series and Mark Watches doing a Buffyverse watch would be very cool. I had just finished BSG when he started his watch on that and I just couldn't be compelled to keep up.

Game over, man! Game over!

I never realized her final word is 'bunnies'. Dramatic irony in that. A synchronicity that borders on predestination, one might say… Or maybe just great subtle writing.

You're not alone. I loved Dollhouse.

So who or what did Joss slice from groin to top o' head with the scythe/show? The WB or the Hollywood elite scum who kept screwing him over? I'm interested in this theorem.

The only one I'm sure of in terms of favorite is one so after that, in chronological, just for my sanity.

I have all three of those sites bookmarked before I saw this particular thread. I love that there's people that I've spoken with on this site that read the other critical analysis sites as well. Cool shit. I've been feeling the need to do another rewatch as well. It's been about a year and some.

Ricki Lake was in it?!?! How did I miss that?!
