I've been seeing a lot of negative things being said about Hell On Wheels and I can't help but be mildly put out by it. I really liked it. Mount surprised the hell out of me, Levine was divine and yes I know that you saw what I did there, and Common is a fucking intense actor. I understand the reasons, some anyway,

You had never seen Aliens?! Since I don't know the circumstances that led you to not watching this top five classic, I won't scream heretic and demand lynching but… This causes a big obstacle in your geek-street cred. And our trust in you.

Yeah, I don't think that the alkyhol had any influence, at least not with me. I had been downing schnapps the entire evening and the only time a hint of a smile appeared on my face was when Penelope Cruz bended over or so my brother told me. Maybe, rum was the answer?

Maybe that's why I loved it so, because I saw Death Proof by itself. I didn't think of it as part two of a double feature. And since I never had any experience with Grindhouse flicks or fun shitty double-features, Death Proof was just a horror/revenge film by QT, a relatively simple film made by the guy who doesn't

I watched Captain America, which I very much liked. Proved to me that Evans could actually act and well. And naturally Jones, Tucci, and Weaving were all great and really fun to watch, especially Tucci. You could tell he had a blast.

Do people not love Death Proof? I loved Death Proof. It will immensely depress me if there's a hate-on for it.

I liked that miniseries, way better than Rose Red and Kingdom Hospital. Tim Daly and Colm Feore did good work in it. The only thing that annoyed me was they greeted everybody with their full names. "Hello, Billy Anderson". "You be careful out there, Ruth Jenkins!" God, that was frustrating!

In Bruges was unmitigated awesome and Farrell's best performance. "If I was retarded and grew up in the country, Belgium might impress me. But I wasn't so it doesn't." Not to mention Gleeson and Fiennes.

My only wish is that Paul Reuben's character showed up in the series. He was brilliant and the only one who understood Whedon's script.

It's leagues better than Terra Nova, though. That's not saying much but still, let that sink in a bit.

And Sophist had to ruin her one redeeming character trait… her tongue ring. Now Kennedy has even less to contribute.

Yeah, AV Club kind of Britta'd itself with this, and then us repeatedly.

Am I the only one that liked The New Guy?

God, that is fucked up. Brad Pitt turns 50 in '13. He still looks like he's filming Se7en.

She's too good to look at for that to be done.

You're pretty hip to be a douchebag.

That fucking Cowboys game….

I was very disappointed by Let Me In. I think I was too empathetic for the first films' kids that I just couldn't care about the new ones. Sometimes the Swedes just win.

Well… Can't argue that kind of logic, can you?

Yeah, Patrick Wilson was the best thing about the movie. I had never seen him in anything where he was a sarcastic ass. He should be that more. Suits him.
