I would Kickstarter the shit out of "A Topiary" if I were him. He's the kind of filmmaker that that site was built for.

I'm having a hard time accepting the fact that that's the face upon which Rosario Dawson sits.

Holy shit was that movie a disappointment. It felt like Mendes was trying to turn a Daniel Craig Bond movie into a Roger Moore one, which makes sense if you read any of his interviews regarding what he liked about the Bond franchise growing up.

How about the fact that this is basically the first Bond movie where the bad guy wins? His whole objective was to kill M, and himself in the process.

Someone needs to get a Firefly/Serenity sequel Kickstarted ASAP.

Counterpoint:

"WO MAN!!! WO MAN!!! WO MAN!!!   Ha Ha Ha Ha…"

Brought to you by the man who thinks The Simpsons are better than ever.

"Yes, I'm sure officer… Third from the left… That's the man who raped me."

But can you prove it?

What did Sizemore even do that was that bad? I thought he just cracked it up for a few years and went to jail for a few months? That's not even Robert Downey, Jr. territory.

We would have also accepted "Nathan Rabin: The Eating Years"

"I FAP EVERY TIME I SEE MATT LUCAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

@avclub-0d4efaa2c9d1041eb9b8b5319eec8531:disqus Grandpa Simpson, is that you again?!?!

The most misguided part is them positioning Al Jean as the show's savior.

Grandpa Simpson, is that you?!?!

SYPHILIS FOR EVERYONE!!!

As good as much of Giacchino's work on LOST and Fringe was, I would put Bear McCreary's work on Battlestar Galactica up there as one of the best scores in the last decade or so. It seems that the best stuff has been going on in TV recently.

On a related note:

Actually, the rapper with the best taste in white people stuff is Danny Brown:
