Yes, that's a good point about Wayland and the whole palatial cabin thing, but it all just kind of merged into the baffling ludicrousness of everything else. In a way, I want to re-watch this, just in case there are fragments of understandable plot which I missed because I was busy thinking "…what? Why?"
