Kangaroo Be Stoned seems to have the right ideas. I too enjoyed Luxury Lounge and continue to enjoy it when I rewatch. The final scene with the hitmen on the plane wraps up the themes/motifs of the episode in such a hilarious way.

I like the Vito episodes. Season 6A is one of the best seasons, and taken together 6A and 6B are definitely the best overall season.

Not necessarily- in the show Roose has grey hair, and is almost bald. Cleftjaw has a full head of black hair, and his face looks less aged than Roose's. Presenting them as 20 years apart isn't THAT unreasonable. Also, Roose could have been between 14-18 when he raped Ramsay's mother, so there's that as well.
