It's Donalbain, new king Malcolm's brother who enters the witches' cave at the end of Polanski's Macbeth. And yes, that could be my absolute favourite 'it's starting all over again' ending ever.

'Knotting Hill'?
Appalling French zombie movie La Horde does that Calculon-style 'Anguished 'NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!@ over a fallen comrade thing every six fucking minutes.
This is a comments section. I objected to what the critic said and replied. Welcome to the internet.
Uh, Parker Posey in D&C as well.
I wrote an essay in college comparing this film to Bunuel's Phantom Of Liberty, so it's gratifying to see that parallel being noticed by others. Bunuel's style was also 'laid-back' ,'non-authorial' and heavy on the philosophical/nonsensical dialogue (if you don't count his early Dali collaborations, which are more…
Ronson's ace. Get THEM: Adventures With Extremists as well, even better than The Men Who Stare…in my opinion.
OK I'll relent on the musical thing. I still think he's more vital a presence as a straight up fiction writer than he is a rock star, (at least since the early-to-mid 90s) minority opinion or no. The film scores (which I'd forgotten) are indeed smart work.

A fictionalised version of him seemingly, yes.
I've seen his cock too. Meh…
I daresay it's more profitable than sitting in a corner weeping because one of your biggest cash-cow bands has left your label for good.
I prefer the second poster. It's a graphically stronger image, and I find it LESS silly actually.
'm Scottish. We never fought you fuckers once. If anything we have a common enemy. Or we would if it wasn't 2009 and I wasn't a grown up.
Perhaps 'worthwhile' is a better word than 'worthy'.
Um, I WAS raised a devout Catholic, and am fully aware of what the crown of thorns represent, thank you very much. My point was that changing the lyric shifts the focus from the singer's hopelessness and self-disgust to the idea that the singer's despair is meaningful and worthy.
