Oh, I guess you have a point… To me, the fact that it didn't air doesn't mean it didn't happen though, as they adressed a lot that was glossed over in the previous episodes (like Kitty's change of heart towards the Glee club, Santana's decision to stay in NYC, etc). I felt like it was more a flashback episode than an

Yes about Olivia having two monster parents. How does the fact that her mother is a terrorist change anything about what we know about Eli ? He's still a murderous manipulative creep who had an entire plane full of innocent people gunned down, isn't he ? Plus, how was he protecting Olivia ? Nothing indicates that Maya

I just went t get a glimpse at them and a lot of people are admiring the episode. I think the EW commenters enjoy the over-the-top and trashy elements of the show more than the AVClub's.

Hahaha, you know what ? That is exactly was I was thinking ! I'm sure the reviewer will say this is the best episode because of how "daring" it was.

I personally don't think the affair is the strength of the series. To me it's just a way to attract a particular audience, and the weekly phone call is a wink to that audience (I usually stop paying attention when they get to it). To me the moral ambiguity is the main attraction, and it was never better illustrated

C- because of the violence. I don't have a problem with violence on TV but I feel like it doesn't fit with the themes of this particular series. Moreover, I was a little disappointed by the outcome of Cyrus / James / Sally storyline. Murder isn't always the most interesting path, and here it definitely wasn't.

Argh, Utopia's scene was so horrible, and the worst was that the character who was tortured was the one I found the most likable at that moment. I need to watch the rest of the season, I stopped at the second episode for some reason.

I think Quinn's torture scenes were really dumb. She knows him, she knows what he's capable of. Why didn't she immediately confess everything instead of crying in pain ?
I was also a little confused by Huck licking Quinn's face. It was never established that he was sexually turned on by the torture, only that he

Yeah, as soon as they took the chip out of Mama Pope, I was like "what's up with all the blood ?" And then they proceded in having every single storyline bathe in it (ending with Sally stabbing her husband). I think they got enamored with the idea that they can go over the top without losing viewers, but I didn't find

Yeah, this year I've admitted I'm hate-watching Glee because I want to see how it will end instead of enjoying it because it's good (it's not and hasn't been for a while).
I also had the exact same thought about Marley who was acting way too sexy in this when several months LATER she purposely throw an assignment

I wasn't turned on at all if that's what you think I meant (not by Colfer anyway. Santa was hot in a very generic way). I just found fitting that they'd finally showcase that he, like everyone his age, can have sexual urges. He always seems so asexual in the other episodes (even in "The first time").

Oh, weird, I didn't see it. Thanks.

Pierre was one of the two burglars who killed Victor's family. He's the one who tried to save Victor by telling him to be quiet.
I think Victor gives people visions so they can react to whatever happened to them, like when Julie dreamed about Serge assaulting he again. Victor gave Pierre the possibility to do what he

I'm completely disillusioned with Glee now, but I have to say, seeing Kurt acting like a sexual being instead of whatever he's usually depicted as was really fun.
Also, I totally called Santa being a burglar, but Kurt tied up like a turkey was hilarious too.

Maybe I missed it but the reviewer completely forgot to adress the saddest event in the episode. After Camille talked (lied) about communicating with the dead Koretski kid, his parents both hung themselves, hoping to be reunited with him. How will Camille react to that ?
I like reading the reviews but they spend too

Apparently, Lucy can communicate with the loved ones of people she had sex with. That's why Camille's dad was hooking up with her. The fact that she could see Simon's suicide while hooking up with him proves that she does have some kind of power through sex.

I see your point but the racial element is really strong on this show… Both Fiona and Marie Laveau are pretty mean, but all the other characters on the witches side are "good" while there are no relatable characters on the voodoo side at all. Therefore we're clearly expected to root for the witches when the only

Oh, just a thought. Did we need two storylines with a teenage hottie being abused (with, in both case, a sexual aspect) by his mother ? When the weird bathroom scene started and I wasn't looking at the screen, I thought it was some kind of flashback to Evan Peters character's early storyline. If they wanted to shock

Hahaha, last Scandal's thread was classic. See you on Thursday ! ;)

The race thing bothers me a lot because, unlike when people complain about it for no reason (for example when people accuse those who don't like the Olivia / Fitz couple on Scandal to be racists), here it's so blatant.
Why when Marie Laveau confronts LaLaurie does she never mention all the horrible things LaLaurie has
