Since we had the open last year with two "lowly rank and file" making
jokes about RenLoras, then it's probably not much of a secret in Kings
Landing.  I would guess that even Joff has heard of his "nuncle"s
"proclivities".  Even Robert hinted he knew of it in their last
argument.

recently caught him on the two Thorne BBC ..movies/specials/whatever they call two 90m series?

Syrio = Jaqen is one of my many theories as well. I also wonder about a man she will meet later is a man she has already met.

@avclub-d9c9a056f6052ffbfa3526be3478d45e:disqus the Krod Mandoon moment is in the s3 teaser trailer. ;)

He was also in Doctor Who ep, "The Doctors Daughter", where he showed considerable less skin.  also, Fades.

This is Westeros, surely you mean greyscale?

From what I understand, there will be a "Blackwater" type episode which will be the culminating break between s3 and s4, then s4 covers everything after that in book 3.

is Hannah Spearrit coming on the show?  GIGGITY.

The only proof we have are Ned's monologues in the book (hinting a few others MAY know the truth, but only Ned could confirm/deny), as well as reactions to random bits in the show.

I'm sure Joff suspected something, since neither he nor his siblings look a thing like Robert.

The Stark "seed is strong" in Jon, but Ned's monologues make it clear he's not the father.  (hint: neither is Benjen.)  Jon *may* have a claim to a family, but the jury is out on which family that really is.  Ned believes only a couple other people MIGHT know the truth, but only Ned can confirm it, and…well…oops.

They've also hinted it happening with Rickon. When Bran and Osha went down to the crypt, Shaggydog came after them, but Rickon calmed him with a touch, then admitted to dreaming about Ned dying, too.  The main difference between the two is Rickon is too young to understand and lets himself be a bit more feral than

See, the show is deviating wildly in several arcs, so at least half the time, I'm finding out stuff along with the newbies.  I'm not really counting stuff like the Reed's delayed appearance from last season (which I understand why they didn't show up in like 2.8 or whatever), but characters switched around or dropped

Right, Jojen is a "greenseer" which is part of the reason he sought Bran out.

He's like fire and ice and the heart of the storm….and he's wonderful.

I can't believe they let him wander off with only SUMMER to watch over him!  Where the frak was his own direwolf, Shaggydog??

actually, he collapses and dies of a heart attack because he ate ten too many hot pies.
