by that "airs for just ten weeks" argument, then Game of Thrones, True Blood, and several other shows wouldn't be getting the critical and award love they do.

which druggie wrestling scene are you talking about? I know there were two last season, both involving Cooper/Tang.  One took place at a park, the other was "Integrity Check" episode where they had a camera crew following them around all day, and at the end, the camera crew films, refusing to help as Cooper tackles

Previous season breaks have been anywhere from a few days to several months in the last two.

GPB is awesome. I did think it could have used more Cudlitz, tho.
for the longest time, I thought he had more scenes, but upon a rewatch a year or so ago, I saw it was only wishful thinking.

@avclub-86e4ff8cc268ab36c7e3c5c53d2293a4:disqus I think it was start of last season when Sammy/Ben and Cooper both responded to that driverless car call that they last interacted onscreen?

"now the show has loosened a bit on depicting [Cooper]'s life. When he quarrels with his lover of three years"
a- that was one thing I liked about the earlier seasons, that we got to see a bit of each main character's home life, away from the job.  The last season or two drifted away, to it's detriment, IMO.
b- that

Magenta has just released the (under)dogs.

^^Marlon Brando approves this posting.

i suppose there is some sort of Timey-Wimey, wibbly-wobbly explanation.  ask Eobard Thawne for more details on how he did it.

I watched it last night. I totally see the Reed homage, esp in Crowe's girth. Holy Cow, did he balloon up!

wait, the movie came out to theatres? Not around here.

Too little, too late?

Yeah, I had hoped they had conveniently swept that "Indy Jones gets sliced by demon blade, gets physically halved and whatnot" nonsense under the continuity rug after no one really liked the story back when it first saw print, but they brought it back in one of the recent revivals.

Amahl Farouk, the Grey King aka Shadow King?

@avclub-3fdef795f2d78d1fe0b87408624e88f2:disqus pretty much.  Fury had a line that IMPLIED mutants in their training program, but the M-word is basically verboten until Fox relinquishes the X rights.

@avclub-d72f705337e5adcf7e33ec0381c5f5b2:disqus apparently, after you go black, you go gay?  That's what Gleeson's apparently character did.

@avclub-9024f9f0a80d2d248c7c6efb2e715c37:disqus at the time in the comics, they were giving her shadow teleportation powers, which is what they focussed on in the movie, not the telepathy or "hot British telepathic model with purple hair's mind stuffed into an even hotter Asian assassin body" like she usually is

@avclub-1ef83ff6aceb6847da6c91867e20611b:disqus wait, Ratner is gay, too?  Singer skipped X3 to play with Spacey and Marsden and Routh's SpeedoBoi.

Slim Cox is dead.

nu52 Chubby Checker is a slim white guy with 8 pack abs, don'tcha know.
