More songs — more like a Broadway show — would be welcome. But "Honor to Us All" and "I'll Make a Man Out of You" are very strong contenders by themselves. I can't imagine the story without them.

Mulan is one of the few truly classicly styled musicals of the past few decades. It would be a shame to tell the story without the songs. Wait, why are we even remaking this again?
I would say somebody needs a hug, but your username is making me reconsider. Maybe take a shower first?
I think she's a comedian, not a world leader, and she's just doing her job.
So, can you pull a coherent thesis out of that paragraph? Because I gather that the game is:
It could be, I don't know. I don't have the context the reviewer apparently has, and it;s difficult from this review for me to tell what the hell is going on with this game.
Haven't played this yet and heard next to nothing about it. So, this review was really my first introduction to the game. Too bad for me. Seems like Gerardi is more concerned with being cute and trying out his comedy routine than actually reviewing the game. Having read the review, I'm hard pressed to summarize what…
Also in the White House, apparently.
This. He also may get sucked into the Russia Shit Vortex when all is said and done. Which would leave us with President Ryan. Not a great thought, but of the options on the table . . .
I'd love it if that were true. I'd also like it if eating donuts got me into shape and the government were giving us all free blowjob robots.
I assume "Colombian" because bad things only ever happen in other countries. We are truly the shining city on the hill, led by the best and brightest.
I love Dr. Cox. He and his (ex?) wife are two of the characters I most relate to in television history. (That may say more about me than I care to admit. But i stand by the statement.)
That would make him a superhero/Mr. Miyagi type of character, which he really wasn't. Also, Roland committed too many sins over the course the story to get away with an unambiguously nice ending.
Your comments perfectly encapsulate why I think that the ending from the books was the only real ending there could have been. The part with Susannah, Eddie and Jake was really just a bonus that King didn't have to give us, but I am so glad he did.
If you like straight-up fantasy and romance, then yes. Personally I prefer The Waste Lands myself.
See the TURTLE, ain't he keen?
All things serve the fuckin' BEAM.
You stopped reading after the Book 2 prologue??
I agree that the ending was fine. For reasons that I won't spoil here, it's clear halfway through the story that threading the needle of an ending was always going to be tricky; a traditional "they beat the bad guy and live happily ever after" would feel like a cheat, and a dark, full Lovecraftian ending would have…
Eh, if it's bad the books will still exist and we can just ignore it. It's worked for me and the X-Men movies for 16 years.
Hey! You've seen Stephen King's Facebook feed too!
