There's the kind of answer I was looking for. Man, Crisis fucked up all sorts of weird storylines. Wasn't Lyta Hall (of Infinity Inc. and later, sadness and despair in The Sandman) originally Wonder Woman's daughter? Then they got all bent out of shape explaining that out of continuity? I seem to remember that being a

Me too. Over decades of comics, I just never put together that their names were the same.

I don't think DC is THAT bad, but this made me laugh.

I suspect that solution was made available to you because of the ongoing lawsuit.

I actually liked Suicide Squad.

I just think it's weird that I went 37 years on this planet without realizing that Batman's and Superman's moms had the same name.

Your puppet hates itself.

Yeah. What exactly is going on in Virginia?

"Safe" is always a relative term with prescription drugs. The treatment window is defined as the the area between how much it takes for a drug to be effective vs. how much it take to kill you. A drug like Fentanyl is always going to be more narrow than allergy medicine. Mainly, this is just a PSA for following

Oh, come now. Solondz has an all encompassing love for his characters that really transcends morality. It's quite beautiful, in its way.

Right. In fact, I'd say it's a substantial part.

I think that's a good bet.

I love these ideas. I'm going to re-watch the movie with this in mind.

Agreed on all points. Also, without spoiling anything, I suspect the last couple minutes of the film are not a prequel at all, but show us some of what happens after the end of Season 2.

I don't think that was an accident.

It was missing a lot of the characters from the show, but that makes sense because most of them only because relevant there because of Laura's murder.

I love it. It's a very different tone from the show because it's all focused on Laura. I think people were expecting the quirky/occasionally funny tone of the show but that would have been jarringly inappropriate for FWWM. The movie also does a pretty deep dive into Twin Peaks's weirdness and supernatural elements,

WHAT HAPPENED TO JOSIE, COOP? WHAT HAPPENED TO JOSIE?

"And our next contestant is an overweight legless fireman from Cincinnati who just wants the money so he can buy a house for his mother . . ."
