I think that's more the writing than the actress. The Margaery of the TV series is shown scheming a lot more than in the book - where there were no POV characters near her, so no-one would've seen it. I did always assume it was a genetically inherited trait, though.

They weren't that backward. Even back then sometimes you went for a checkup and you'd get pressed on the heart by a doctor thing and then a doctor thing would be put in your mouth.

I know a lot of you have problems with Steve Buscemi or think he is miscast in the role, but I think this season in particular really gave him places to shine. This mostly might be because in this and "The Milkmaid's Lot" Nucky was somehow completely out of his element, which is something I think Buscemi nailed

There was a real Eddie? That's cool, what was his name?

We've seen quite a lot of different Jews and Italians on this show, and even though for some of them that holds (I'd probably call it "rash Italians, reserved Jews, though), there's always others; Capone, Torrio, Manny Horvitz, and Masseria all defy those stereotypes. Let's have some Eddie Kessler appreciation here! It's a real sign of how effective this show has been handling Anthony Luciara as the man who is always there, and, even though he comes across slightly bumbling, has had some of the most heroic scenes in the series, that I was suddenly really, really worried about him

I'm not sure if she's supposed to be much past a communication device. I don't mind the actress, but I do wonder why they chose someone with a British accent.
