Well, we did have Lynyrd Skynyrd playing at that walker/gladiator fight thing in tonight's episode. I'm guessing that's not what you have in mind, though, when saying the show needs more music :-)

You're comparison of hate crime laws in the US and the hate crime law under which Pussy Riot was charged is ridiculous. Ha! I mentioned this upthread, but in the preview for next week, there was a scene where Megan is on the phone and says "I can hear you." My wife was wondering if it is Glen on the other end, remembering back to Season 1 when he called the Draper house when Betty was home.

Speaking of Glen: I don't know if anybody has mentioned this later in the thread, but my wife noticed something in the preview for next week. This is a bit off topic, but reading through some of these discussions about whether the film's setting is in poor taste or not, I was reminded of a Sam Kinison segment about Chernobyl. I was only like 12 at the time I saw it, so I don't remember it clearly, but I remember it being unimaginably tasteless and crass.

It's actually a fantastic documentary, so I think you'll enjoy aside from the cool name!

@ Arex: She made a fairly innocuous, light-hearted remark to him, something like "I just had one of those, too." It can be awkward for a person to overhear an overheated conversation like that and just remain silent. Her remark was a decent, polite way to defuse the tension.

So Don is allowed to make pretty much whatever insult he wants in the heat of an argument, but if Megan says something she immediately regrets afterwards, she deserves to be abandoned by the side of the road?

Yeah, like WTF was Peggy supposed to do, stand and outside the door and wait until he was done talking on the phone?

I was wondering about the song that blared when Roger opened the vodka bottle, as well. I hadn't thought about the Soviet anthem (which I think Russia still uses today)…listening to it again, it sounds similar, but I'm not sure if it's the same song.

"Hey Don!"
"Hey…you."

I loved Trudy's innocent little admonition of Don when he uttered a fairly innocuous swear word. Alison Brie really sold that scene.

The only thing that would have made that scene better is if he hadn't been already packed and ready to leave. Would have loved an awkward, two minute scene of him fumbling around the apartment gathering his belongings…
