i did chicken thighs last weekend.  marinated in soy sauce, ginger, shallot, wasabi, a little white wine and a dash of honey, grilled SLOW for about 45 min. on the cool part of the grill - they came out amazing.

what always seemed weird was how sol starr seemed kinda skinny and short (at least next to seth bullock) while teardrop seemed tall and imposing. like he grew a few more inches and put on about 50 lbs.

the crashes in BMX are ridiculous - taking out half the field and bike parts and equipment everywhere.  what i don't like about them is that if a rider has the lead after the first 10 meters or so - he pretty much has it until the end.  i'm sure it happens, but i didn't see one race last night that wasn't decided…
