I really enjoy the show and feel like the time investment will ultimately pay off, but there's one area that continues to not ring entirely true.  Maybe I missed it, but has Rick (or any of the crew) at any point asked, "What happened?"  I think a basic human reaction to a cataclysmic event like a zombie apocalypse…
