Have you ever read the Dove Foundation reviews of these movies? They fully endorse the friendship, loyalty, and self-sacrifice in the stories. But they can't approve the movies because of the use of spells.

Very cool character arch. Who would have imagined?

I think one of the coolest scenes in the movie is when Neville comes to during a battle. There are people shooting spells and some guy flying past him on fire. But he looks down and sees the sword and he's like, "Sword. Yeah."
