I have no idea. I was going to see it if I got bored during sales shopping, but thanks to Adelaide's really bad opening hours, was shopping for the entire 6 hours and didn't get to see it. Will see it back in Sydney though.
Also: I know you are in Perth - have you heard of Polart?

Love the review. The hard truth's thing is spot on. I also am on the same page with you on comedy and Britta. Loved the Jeff/Britta banter this episode. I got to do the write up for IDF for the Glazomania rankings list, but really didn't think about it from Pierce's point of view - thanks for including it in your

As much as I loved A Scandal in Belgravia, I haven't seen anything as heart-wrenching, gut-wrenching and brain bending as The Reichenbach Fall.
I haven't cried as much at any episode of TV this year - maybe ever. As Nebuly said bellow, John's scene at the end is amazing. In a way, the whole show has been building to

The only thing I didn't like about Pitch Perfect was the vomiting. Completely agreed with you here.

My quilt likes this post!

The Hobbit beat out Les Mis in Australia. Had the largest Boxing Day opening with $5.925 million in one day. It's the third largest opening in Australia after the final Harry Potter and The Avengers.
Les Mis got $1.8 million.

I really didn't expect something this bad from this show.

Completely agree. Discourse is a great episode. I had it at #36 and though it would rank higher than what it did.
Also: ACL was a bottom 5 episode for me. Really hated it.

B+ and #46 for me!
If I'm being honest, I just really love the Troy and Abed in the Morning tags.

Yeah - my top 3 episodes are season 2 and my bottom 3 episodes are season 2 with season 3 and 1 rounding off my top and bottom 5's respectively.

Thank you! I really hate it too. Sad to see people saying it's "the best British show on TV" when there's great stuff like Sherlock, Outnumbered and QI (if you count that) on. But I really hate Downton Abbey too.

Sherlock! Surprised that it didn't make the top 30 but it's great to see it appearing on a lot of the ballots - probably the best drama I watched this year, and probably my #1 of 2012.
Granted, I still have to watch Mad Men, Breaking Bad, Louie and Girls - but I'm surprised that there was only 1 mention of what is

Toblerone!

I'll try to get there. I'm visiting family, but tomorrow we're going sightseeing, so I'll try to get dad to take me there!

It's boxing day here!
Well … I'm in Adelaide in South Australia and they don't have Boxing Day! They have Proclamation Day - which has all the perks of Boxing Day without the long shopping centre opening times.

Money, clothes, books, vouchers, Toblerone bar, chocolate, tea, history trip to Europe, camera, lots of owl themed stuff plus whatever I buy at boxing day sales - probably DVD's.

Just got access to a computer. Should send them in within the hour.

They just gave The Wiggles 20 minutes of free-reign in celebration of their final televised performance. Slowly getting better … until cross-promotion for Parental Guidance. Really, really sad.
