I'm really not as big a fan of Tim and Eric as a lot of folks (it's funny sometimes, but just as often I find it pretty unbearable), but I'll be goddamned if I didn't think their appearance on CBB was hilarious. Especially their bit about Popcorn.com promotion and their weird management company.

If you want the worst episode in the series run, try Beer Bad. It'd be one of the worst in the series even without the heavy-handed message that made me feel like the show was treating me like a child even when I literally was a child.
