looks like some one has never listened to Ride The Lighting at earth-shattering volume and let the waves of the baddest of the badass riffs wash over their puny mortal soul and thought, yeah, yeah, i could see myself flicking some flimsy colorful buttons to this

The Corrections is much better. One of the most emotionally devastating books I've read, great characterization, lots of dark humor (I find the Gary section absolutely hilarious). In Freedom, Franzen takes a lot of the same stuff, adds much less sympathetic characters, and peppers on way too many cultural references

No Magnolia anywhere is bogus.

The Stare is easily one of my favorite movie scenes ever. I remember reading that it originally wasn't planned and PTA just left the camera on Wahlberg spacing out. I don't know if this is actually true, perhaps my brain made it up. Either way I'm way too lazy to go fact-finding.

I do not care about this. Now, I would definitely purchase a Siamese Dream deluxe album. Siamese Dream is the album that basically got into most of the types of music I would come to listen to and still do today. Also it's still a killer album. RIP Corgan's voice being less prominently featured in the sound mix (aided

Could be, but tenuous at best (it's insinuated that Black Widow only has vague notions of what Fury is planning, and is just following orders, and she's actually closer to the project than Hawkeye is, it seems). And the theory isn't hinted at in the film itself, course.

I just re-watched Avengers about an hour ago, having seen it only the once in theaters. And man does it lose a lot without the spectacle of the theater experience.

"This Is Your Life" is an underrated cut, as well.

I see myself as an odd Killers fan (insert joke about how any sort of fan of the Killers = odd here), as in, I can't stand Hot Fuss. Day & Age was uneven but mostly fun stuff.  And I will defend Sam's Town to my Springsteen-aping grave. That album is the best album of all the albums.
