It's as though "art" is imitating "life". How dare the writers blatantly rip off reality that way. Generally true generalizations have no place in popular culture.

To take Kim's side for a moment *ducks thrown chair* few things have bothered me more than when the movie Kick-Ass repeatedly used the themes from Sunshine and 28 Days Later, prominently and in its biggest scenes. The Sunshine one really gets me, because, man, I love that theme and movie.
