That seems outright cruel.

When in doubt, I whip it out.

When I was younger I got better at it when I shifted from the idea of "selling myself" to the idea of taking the time to construct a logical argument to people as to why they should hire me, but I'm a smug and impersonal type in those sort of settings.

When in doubt, I whip it out.

Yes, they still exist. They're not what they once were, but the War on Terror has been basically the best thing to happen to them in 50 years.

I've worked in a high position for a CPA with ties to the Chicago Outfit (and Florida and one of the New York families), and they're still very, very, very touchy on tax matters.

There has to be some sort of Audio recordings describing his treatment of Mr. Slave from 10 years ago coming, right?

As a CPA(Inactive) with a history of accounting and tax work for various people associated with organized crime, casino skimming, government corruption and public and private fraud and embezzlement, I feel practically obligated to see this movie.

1) Regardless of any potential reasons why women don't engage prostitutes and assault people at the same rate as men, the fact is they don't. It's an interesting thought exercise to imagine under what circumstances they may adapt the same behaviors, but the overwhelming majority of the behavior is still skewed one

I don't think you're being unfair to the show specifically, but I think you're experiencing some fundamental breakdown in understanding how the real world would translate into a paid fantasy park.

It did. These are not the type of people who feel constrained to use them.

It's nice that cultures like that can still exist.

I'm a 36 year old man, who spent his professional career in a an extremely throwback white collar environment.

There's a commercial running here in PA with a former nuclear silo officer discussing how the idea of Trump with the button terrifies him, and should terrify everyone. It's cut with clips of Trump saying how much he likes war, wants to "bomb the hell out of them" and things like that.

I really want to see some sort of published work by respected scientists that is headlined "Dark Matter and Energy: 'Magic, that's how.'"

To boil that down, you're saying that every atom in our entire universe could not be used to compute a simulation of our entire universe?

Eh, refreshing myself on it now, seems to have worked out into the 2010's. Intel has stated the rate of growth is slowing, and apparently Moore himself stated the exponential nature of processing growth in integrated circuits won't last past 2025 or so.

Last I checked "Moore's Law"/predictions regarding improvements in computer processing have roughly held up so far. While such a state cannot continue indefinitely, I'd put the burden of proof on someone establishing if and when hardware advances will plateau in the near future given the already established

Black Sails is incredible, but this is the last season coming up. The first season is mostly fun pirate stuff and then the second season really shines.

I read the joke as that Trump's behavior and statements *should* be interpreted as a blanket statement that he has no idea what he's doing and is in no way qualified to hold office, but people keep supporting him anyway, because everything sucks, and he's not a normal politician.
