Scariest one - In The Mouth of Madness
That, at a 2PM or something matinee in downtown Buffalo, all alone except a Vietnam Vet (presumably) in the back row, was rather awesomely twisted - the bicycle dude is still a top-three fucked up memory for me.

Okay.
BTW, Chuck is really not funny. Plot points are not intrinsically funny. Chuck does, at least, seem to potentially be able to produce laughs if it ever endeavors to not be cute/hip… Cobie and Baldwin do seem to be the potential cures. We'll see.

NewsRadio
First off, an outstanding view of NewsRadio as an extension of American screwball structural comedy - and art - is at the great site, www.newsradioart.com. The basic core "engine" is the Dave/Lisa reactor, with Jimmy as the potency (enabling, restricting, and altering the internal reality of the show).
