Please!
Please!
If only I had the ability to be rich.
I can't believe I thought my life was bad before I'd seen that.
I hate the idea that maybe we don't like Jar-Jar because we're jaded, cynical grown ups. I was around nine when The Phantom Menace came out, and I loved Jar-Jar. Kids will love anything. Lemmy once said, "kids are blown away by a day at the beach." It's not hard to please children with talking underwater rabbit…
I think II is probably worse, but III is a little better.
I love Steve, but his constant refrain of, "Now I'll finally show the world that there's a Norway!" was pretty silly.
I wonder if YouTube will take it down.
This pleases me.
Creatively, sure.
Looks like you're no longer in the void?!
Ward always seemed like the most crotchety one, but I wouldn't put it past the Osbournes to be making ridiculous demands.
Can I get to hairsplitting and say I prefer the one from Songs From the Road?
Hey! I almost agree? I mean, I don't really think anybody's been covering Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah to begin with. They've all been doing John Cale's.
Most of the album features his most spare orchestration since his voice dropped. "Crazy to Love You" is a completely unaccompanied acoustic-guitar track that would fit nicely into New Skin For the Old Ceremony. The backing vocals are also a little less prevalent and little more tasteful than on prior albums.
New Skin for the Old Ceremony being my second.
I'm an even bigger fan of the Songs From the Road DVD/album. It's a smaller, but better, handful of songs.
Songs of Love and Hate, absolutely.
At least Jennifer is really good looking.
