Slanted and Enchanted is probably the only album in existence that sounds best on cassette. Preferably played on a shitty $50 boom box purchased from K-Mart. And if the speaker is blown and makes that "wub-wub" noise whenever the kick drum hits, all the better.

Yeah, I bought it as part of Steam's Autumn Sale and while I managed to blow through it in about 3 hours, once it sunk it's teeth in their was no turning it back off, I've found that I still can't stop thinking about it. And as someone who was a teenager in the 90's, the atmosphere is perfect.
