I heard "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot".  I mentioned it in another thread, but it felt especially weird (if it was Swing Low, Sweet Chariot) because it was so cheerful in contrast with it's normally somber tone.  Thematically, just like Walt is overly happy at a time when he should be remorseful.

The whistling also reminded me of him throwing the watch in Sky's face as a trophy he won by manipulating Jesse.  Yet again he manipulates Jesse by pretending that he lost sleep over the kid's death.

It was Swing Low, Sweet Chariot right?  He is whistling it cheerfully though, in contrast to it's more standard melancholy tone.  So creepy after what they had just done, mirroring the lack of emotion from Ricky Hitler in his scene with Jesse.

The spider still seems like a metaphor for Walt somehow.  I had a crazy suspicion that he had sought out Walt and his plan is to take him down.  Killing the kid forced Walt to put him on the team essentially.  It is like he has Walt in his jar and all that 'dumb guy' business is just an act.  I was trying to think of

His timing was brilliant with the apology.  How he goes from an 11 trying to shame Hank for stalking a Senior citizen, then short pause, and immediately down to a 2, with the quick apology.  One of my favorite parts of the great episode.

That's not true.  Most of the growls and things are Lou, but that line is Ruffalo.  According to IMDB.

I think they should just work this into the script.  Add a new adversarial force that wants to shut down horse racing.  They succeed to some degree and then throw the characters into that situation.  Where do they go from here?  Football gambling, basketball point shaving?  Characters are king.

Because it didn't need to be mentioned beyond mentioning the line.  Self-explanatory and hilarious.
