Wow, really?  Now I really feel like a dolt.  (And am very glad I didn't go back and fill in the other two seasons!!)

I never saw the first two seasons.  While at times I feel like there is some back story I'm missing (particularly between Linden and Skinner), overall I haven't had any difficulties starting cold.
