The show is not a Joss Whedon production, therefore it sucks!

Hazel, I'll be on board with Mako ending up with Korra so long as he apologizes to Asami first. The love triangle in Uncharted 2 was resolved this way and it was excellent.

Yes. In my heart, I want this not to be a relationship writing fumble but a deconstruction of the Betsy and Veronica dangling with Mako being the only one with agency in this. It's not fun on Lost Girl, it's not fun here.

When I'm upset with Mako, I just watch this to get it out of my system. It's quite catchy.

If you watch the promo for the finale, she's standing next to Mako as he's looking through a spyglass, presumably at some battle. I highly doubt she's going to defect.

Season 1 is such a mixed bag. You could probably start with episode 9 "Bereft" and watch through to the end. I'd still jettison episodes 11, 13, 14, 18 and 20 though. Season 2 is legitimately entertaining … so far. The 5 year skip lessens any impact of the first season on the second one, and there's a ton of awkward…

I'm kinda hoping that there's more to the flashback after this, even if it's just new information outside of the flashback. Aang trying to reach Korra to warn her about just Tarrlok would be disappointing because a) Tarrlok got taken out so quickly anyway and b) blaming the son for the sins of the father. So I hope…

@Lovewaffle Padme, schmadme.
Wow, I had a like-hate relationship with the first season but this season is shaping up to be something quite different. Episodes 2 and 3 were duds but it's been a strong run since. Quite possibly because they don't give as much screen time to the conspiracy, which I thought was the worst part of last season.

13) If badass Azula-defeater Katara is at home with the children for this, I will be hugely disappointed with the writers.
I'm thinking it's too early to tell if the bloodbending is just a cheap trick to amp up the villain. They made much of the moon not being full so that's probably going to receive an explanation. On the other hand, if your complaint is about foreshadowing, well these are after all the guys who pulled out energy bending…
