I never read Dracula so I don't know if the answer is in the book. If the vampire we've seen in the past few episodes is Dracula, what about the ones that looked exactly the same in the first episode that were killed? All vampires look the same, Dracula included?

About the flawless skin thing, they put a TON of make up on him.
