I'm cool with Mann taking his time with feature films.

Music: Dr. Dre

???

NO.

Yes, there are varying gradations & situations that determine the severity or finality of the "no."

Consider TV;DW's gender-switching analogy above —

I'll never be a Boyle. Unless I have strong evidence ahead of time she like-likes me, I'm petrified to ask a girl out.

It's usually-sometimes okay to ask and be told "no" twice.

I've failed my younger sister in this regard. Unless giving her sheet music for Scott Joplin rags and Christmas carols counts.

My older sister read Dr. Seuss books with me during car rides when I was like 4.

TAME IMPALA

That comment was my 1st ever posted word about either show, I think.

"dictaphone" = "dick phone"
is identical to a Workaholics joke.

It's not bad at all. Twixt is geared for deep cinephiles, though, not for the masses or the casual viewer. There's a lot going on involving the interplay among literature, creativity, hackdom, alcoholism, hallucination, inspiration, and cinema.

This will sound pompous, but, to me, watching this show is a bit like being George Harrison watching a Beatles tribute band.

Nah, man.

Keep us updated.

"The Man Who Grew Too Much"
What. An. Episode.

Was there much "thumping techno music" in the Watchmen movie?
I remember the prominent score/soundtrack, but not that particular element.

Never thought I'd live past 26ish.
