Oh God, I saw that movie! I had completely blocked it out. Yeah, it was definitely one of the worst Disney Channel movies, and that's saying something.
I think that film critic Bob Chipman put it best when he tweeted "Hey guys? MAYBE the not-terribly-talented actor who went from nobody to rich as a preteen on The Disney Channel just isn't that bright."
From my experience, they generally do. It's the kind of information where if you're into the show, it's very difficult to not come across it at some point I think.
